Lulama Mochocho has four years’ experience in ICT, and holds a number of leadership qualifications. She is currently studying towards a diploma in Hospital Management from Boston College. She held various positions within Exclusive Books stores over the years. She worked for Phumelela as an HR practitioner. In 2011 she climbed the technical ladder by joining Mochocho IT consulting as an Office Administrator. She was responsible for coordination and maintenance of all Mochocho IT Consulting documents control. Lulama possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and planning skills. Her current position as an HR Manager is based on anticipated goals, such as product development plans and market expansion strategy. Her role at Mochocho It Consulting is beyond hiring, she addresses the cultural, career pathing and benefits aspect of talent management. She is a current deputy Chairperson of the Klipgat community lab and also the founder of LuMocho Events Management Company.
