Business Development Manager

CommercialTribe is a social learning platform that enables sales reps to teach and learn from one another. We're pioneering a new space and technology - Behavioral Learning and Communications - leveraging video-based practice, which requires not only designing an industry–leading application, but also doing so with little established guidance. We've broken ground in asynchronous video, corporate learning, and even quality assurance, and need you to help us take the next step!

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive our growth, work closely with our Sales Director, and interface directly with C-level executives in top companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify and qualify partnership opportunities to drive traffic and increased awareness of CommercialTribe
• Actively manage lead pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals
• Drive lead generation efforts through targeted marketing and email campaigns
• Utilize Salesforce.com to maintain prospect data and prioritize daily activity
• Impact the development of CommercialTribe through continual use of the product. Your recommendations make changes

Qualified candidates must possess:

• BA/BS degree – 0-2 yrs experience – upcoming/recent college graduates apply
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally - we'll teach you how to speak to C-level executives as you are willing to work and learn.
• Self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
