The Country Operations Business Plan (COBP), 2016–2018 of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for Viet Nam is consistent with the Country Partnership Strategy (CPS), 2012–2015; takes into account initial indications of the priorities to be included in the country’s Socio-Economic Development Plan, 2016–2020; and reflects the sharpening ADB operational focus identified under ADB’s Midterm Review of Strategy 2020.Cambodia: Country Operations Business Plan (2016-2018)

It is also aligned with the goals and objectives of the government’s Priorities and Action Agenda, 2006–2015, as well as Vanuatu’s infrastructure strategic investment plan and national energy road map.Afghanistan: Country Operations Business Plan (2016–2018)
The country operations business plan (COBP), 2016–2018 is aligned with the priorities set by the country partnership strategy (CPS), 2009–2013, and extended by the interim CPS, 2014–2015 for Afghanistan. These documents prioritized investment in infrastructure including energy, transportation, and agriculture and natural resources. The COBP 2016–2018 is consistent with these priorities, and will promote inclusive economic growth, regional integration, governance, and capacity development.
